Biofiltration system in livestock industry
Cattle wastewater obtains from washing the milking place of the cattle and the breasts of the cow before and after milking. The collected sewage has an average COD of 4000, milk residues and excrements and it can be considered as one of the polluting industries, so the treatment of cattle waste is one of the priorities of every cattle farm. PGA biofiltration system is capable of purifying this kind of waste to COD less than 100 and can be used in agriculture. PGA biofiltration system in livestock with the capacity of 50 m^3 per day can be installed in 20 foot container and transport to the cattle farm.
